Our goal is to ensure that you will love working out so much that you will make it a regular part of your daily routine. We are dedicated to changing lives.

  • Small group setup of maximum 5 people.
  • Setup for Men or Women only.
  • Custom fitness programs according to the group common fitness goals.
  • One 101 session to complete initial assessment to continue tracking.
  • Be part of a WhatsApp group for group communication.
  • Be part of the Closed Facebook group and private Whatsapp broadcast.
  • Full commitment for the next 12 months working with Creating Fitness group and Dee.
  • Every 6 weeks group measurements to track progress and re-adjust if it is needed.
  • Workout to take home.
  • Fitness Sessions are once a week on a set day and time.
  • Once a month community coaching session with other people.
