Ninety percent is online through a WEEKLY video call. I offer this program with an emphasis on individuality. We work together on the areas of your life that affect you, and therefore affect your health.

For balance, once a month I gather a group class, allowing participants to break out and connect with like-minded individuals.

The 3 elements—warm-up, workout, stretching, will form the basis of your training.

We cover:

Supportive nutrition, sharp mental health to deal with the pressures of society, tranquil soul to gain peace of mind, and restorative sleep so you experience real rest.

The keys to success are:

1. Accountability – the most important factor in reaching goals.
